| Nature’s Biology Order Policy |
Once you have submitted your order it is sent to processing and all charges will appear on your credit card statement as Nature’s Biology, LLC.
Within a few minutes of placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email and once your order is shipped you will receive shipping confirmation including a tracking number so you may track your order at any time. |

| Nature’s Biology Shipping Policy |
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your purchase, except during the Holidays where it can take up to 4 business days for your order to be shipped. Standard ground shipping takes 3 to 10 business days within the Continental United States. |

| Nature’s Biology Return Policy |
If you wish to return an order please follow the steps below:
• Request and RMA # by clicking on the “Contact Us” link on the website
• Please include your full name and order number when doing so
• Your return must be received by us within 60 days of the purchase date
• Your return must include the RMA # provided to you
• All returns received without and RMA # and/or past the 60 days will not be eligible for a refund, no exceptions.
Once we receive the return:
• We will refund you for 1 opened bottle and any number of fully sealed bottles
• Bottles that are not fully sealed or unable to be returned to inventory are considered opened
• Shipping and handling costs are non refundable
• The customer is responsible for all costs incurred for returning the order
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Refunds are given back to the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the return
• If you have already received a refund for a certain product – we will not provide a refund for the same product again. If you were not satisfied, please do not purchase the same product again as it will not be eligible for a refund.
The above is our return/refund policy and we are unable to many any exceptions to it. |

Nature’s Biology Cancellation Policy |
All orders are charged and submitted for processing immediately. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
Once you receive the package you may return it using our return policy outlined above. If the package is refused it will not qualify for a refund. |

| Nature’s Biology Missing Package Policy |
If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us with your full name and order number so we may track your order for you. This can be done by clicking on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page. If you have not received your order and tracking information reflects that your order has been delivered, we will immediately reship your order to you, free of charge. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for shipments that have not been received if carrier tracking shows that it has been delivered. |

If you have received an incorrect order due to our mistake we would like to apologize in advance. If so, please contact us immediately by using the “Contact Us” link located at the bottom of this website. Please include your full name and order number. A Nature’s Biology representative will contact you within 48 hours. |
